Seeing the Play: Make the Call by Sam Wright

Should we be watching the Offensive player or Defensive player? Make the call and leave your comment here.
The answer:
The Block called by the official was correct. The Defense had not established a legal guarding position, so therefore it is a Block call.
Spiritual Application:
Blocking is a hinderance which means you are holding someone up from acheiving their goal. Are you someone who is hindering your fellow brother or sister.
Remember your actions are not just about you, but someone is watching you and you are affecting them in a postiver or negative manner. So don’t stand in the way of your brother or sister by your actions which may or may not be pleasing to God. Ask God for help, he loves you.
“Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers.” Psalm 1:1
Stay tuned for a new call this time you will not see the Referee you will really have to guess the call.

I would watch the offensive player, as he will eventually come in contact with the other. He is the one making things happen.

Pastor Joe your answer was incorrect
The Defender never establishe a legal guarding position, so therefore the offensive man has the right to go to the basket, unless the defender had established a legal guarding positon. I praise your efforts for responding.
